Springtime in the Mystical Forest

As the winter snow slowly melts, the streams of the Mystical Forest are running with fresh, clear water. The trees in the Mystical Forest grow strong and tall, providing shaded canopy for tender moss. As we witness the awakening of new woodland life, we take pause to breath the deeply of the Spring air.

The soft path beneath your feet weaves around stout tree trunks and plush ferns. Sunlight fans through the trees high above, and reflects off the flowing water in a wonderful dance. You notice a glimmer near the edge of the stream. A small damp stone next to a larger boulder flickers with light. Softening your footsteps, you slowly approach the stone. You crouch behind the large boulder and peek over its edge at the glowing stone.

Peering closer and closer you realize that the stone itself is not aglow, but tiny elves are playing there. What are these mystical elves playing? A secret game from ages long past, preserved through generation after generation, by elders teaching their children this game. You grab your pencil and notebook, and begin to take notes, learning the secret game of the Mystical Forest...
